I took the quick way out. Stranded, it was the best idea at the time. I see
I missed a step or two and Iâm on my way were supposed to be the one
that would comfort me. Instead youâve abandoned me. You were supposed
to be the one that would comfort me and now youâre dead to me. Now its
becoming hard to see, were you ever there at all? Now its becoming hard to
see, were you there to watch me fall? A quick look was all I needed to
navigate through the dark but now Iâm stuck, Iâm left behind.
